Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Time
- Ontario: 2–5 business days
- Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
- Flat-rate shipping applies at checkout
- Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD in Canada and $250 USD in the USA Market (subject to change)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Returned Packages Due to Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned to Roynch because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, original shipping charges are normally non-refundable, and additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment. Roynch may, at its discretion, provide a refund or shipping refund as a goodwill exception.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us.
